5. Orders and Payment

5.1 Placing an Order

• By submitting an Order for our watch tools and watch spare parts, you are making an offer to purchase Products at the stated price, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
• ATime reserves the right to accept or reject any Order, including Orders for bulk or commercial quantities.

5.2 Payment

• Payment is required at the time of purchase via the accepted payment methods displayed on our Website (e.g., credit/debit cards, online payment systems).
• For Oversized Items, a custom shipping quote will be provided, and full pre-payment is mandatory before we can dispatch the shipment.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that all Order details (including billing and shipping information) are complete and accurate.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Shipping Methods

• Standard Shipping: All shipments are sent via Parcel Post – 500g with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 days unless otherwise specified.
• Express Shipping: If you select this option, Express Post – 500g will be charged at $18.50, with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 days.
• Oversized Items: For any Products that are considered oversized, a custom shipping quote will be issued. These Orders require full pre-payment, and shipping will commence only after payment is received.

6.2 Delivery Area

• Delivery is primarily restricted to addresses within Australia unless explicitly agreed in writing.

6.3 Dispatch and Tracking

• Once your Order is processed and dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation along with any available tracking details.
• Estimated delivery times are provided for your convenience only and are not guaranteed. ATime is not liable for delays due to factors beyond our control.

7. Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds

7.1 Order Cancellation

• ATime reserves the right to cancel any Order before shipment for reasons including stock unavailability or errors in pricing/description.
• Should you wish to cancel your Order, please contact our customer service immediately. Cancellation requests may not be accommodated once the Order has been processed for shipping.

7.2 Returns and Refunds

• If you receive Products that are faulty, damaged, or not as described, please refer to our Returns Policy for instructions on how to return the items.
• Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy and in line with applicable laws. Partial refunds may be issued where only part of your Order is returned.
